From Concept to Completion
We start with your land, your vision, and your constraints. Our team reviews site topology, climate data, access conditions, and local code requirements to establish what's achievable — and how to push those limits intelligently.
Our design team develops 2–3 concept directions — exploring geometry options, structural approaches, material strategies, and spatial configurations. You choose a direction, we refine it into a design intent document.
Every custom project undergoes full structural engineering sign-off. Our engineers work with the GBS-SIP panel system to develop custom connection details, load calculations, and fabrication drawings for every unique element.
Panel production begins. Every element is manufactured to spec in our facility — from standard SIP panels to custom-dimensioned components, curved forms, and specialty connection castings. Full QC throughout.
We manage the full logistics chain — container loading, customs documentation, and in-country freight coordination. We've shipped to projects across Asia, the Americas, and beyond.
Our installation team or certified local crews erect the structure under our supervision. We don't leave until you have a watertight, commissioned building — and your team knows how to maintain it.
