What We Build With

Every component in the GBS-SIP system is selected through a rigorous evaluation of structural performance, ecological impact, and long-term durability. No compromises.

Paramagnetic Geo-Polymer Ceramic
Primary Structural Core
CORE

Our geo-polymer ceramic compound forms the structural backbone of every panel. Unlike Portland cement, geo-polymer concrete produces 80% less CO₂, achieves superior compressive strength, and is inherently resistant to acid, salt, fire, and biological degradation. The paramagnetic formulation adds dimensional stability under thermal cycling.

Aerated Closed-Cell Cement Foam
Thermal Insulation Core
INSULATION

Encased within the geo-polymer matrix is our high-performance aerated closed-cell cement foam. Unlike petrochemical foam products, this material is mineral-based, fire-rated, moisture-stable, and achieves exceptional R-values without any toxic off-gassing. It will never degrade, compress, or absorb moisture.

Structural Connection System
CONNECTIONS

Every panel-to-panel connection point uses precision-machined 304 stainless steel castings. These are engineered to transfer structural loads between panels with zero slippage while providing the flexibility needed for seismic and wind events. Marine-grade corrosion resistance means a lifetime of service in any climate.

Basalt Fiber Profiles
Structural Reinforcement
REINFORCEMENT

Where additional tensile strength is required, we use basalt fiber profiles rather than steel rebar. Basalt fiber is 3× stronger than steel by weight, completely non-corrosive, thermally non-conductive, and entirely free from the embodied carbon of steel production. A superior material in every measurable dimension.

3× Steel Strength:Weight Zero Corrosion Thermally Inert Low Embodied Carbon
Ferro-Cement Magnesium Oxide Board
Panel Face Boards
FACE BOARD

The interior and exterior faces of every panel are faced with high-strength magnesium oxide board reinforced with ferro-cement mesh. MgO board is fire-rated, mold-resistant, waterproof, and accepts any finish — tile, paint, render, cladding. It will never warp, swell, or delaminate in humid climates.

Class A Fire Rating Mold Proof Waterproof High Tensile Strength Any Finish Compatible
High Strength Structural Mesh
Composite Reinforcement
MESH

Embedded within the geo-polymer matrix and bonded to the face boards is a continuous high-strength mesh layer. This creates a composite action throughout the panel — distributing point loads and impact forces across the full panel surface, dramatically increasing toughness and crack resistance.
